‘the first choice of Iranian saffron’

our products

The most precious variety in Ghaen is Sargol, which contains only the final part of the red stigmas. It has a very intense colour and is primarily used for the extraction of perfumes or food supplements.

Then there is the Negin, which corresponds to the entire stigma. These filaments are longer than those of Sargol quality and are primarily used for fine dining.

Less precious is the Pushali, which also contains 3-5mm of style. It can easily be distinguished from Sargol and Negin because it is yellow in its final part. Primarily used in supermarkets.

A Bunch (also called Dasteh) contains the stigmas and the whole styles instead. Primarily purchased by Spanish producers.
